As the day moves to a close, with all worshipers and beggars of mercy gone to their homes, the Virgin Mary, overcome by the suffering and the voices of prayers, Standing tall with a crown on her head. Her compassion towards the suffering of humanity, brings tears to her eyes, that fall, blessing the ground, among the scattered tokens of flowers and wreaths left by the spiritually lost. The handmade bronze sculpture was cast using the archaic method of lost-wax casting and stained with a brown patina finish for perpetuation. She is mounted upon a black marble base with the artist Valli`s signature.
